How to Apply

The Education Abroad Network has a rolling admissions policy and early application is advised.  Our staff will review your application and contact you regarding your admissions status within two business days.

Students may now submit applications online using our state-of-the-art Virtual Application Manager. The VAM allows students ongoing access to their application and personal information to undertake a number of enrollment tasks.

*Students wishing to apply for the Spring Semester Thailand program are required to adhere to the early application deadlines.

Application Checklist

Step 1: Application. Students may submit their applications online via our Virtual Application Manager. To create an account and begin the application process, please click here. Alternatively, students may download the application.

Step 2: $30 Non-refundable Application Fee. Payable by check, money order, or credit card. Payment may also be submitted online via your Virtual Application Manager account. Make checks payable to “The Education Abroad Network”.

Step 3: Personal Statement. This brief 300 – 500 word essay may be submitted online via the Supplemental Information section of your Virtual Application Manager account. Your essay should cover the the following topics.

    • Why you want to study abroad.
    • Why you have selected your host country.
    • A description of your personal interests, previous overseas travel, work experience, and volunteer experience.
    • How you will contribute to the overall success of the Education Abroad Network’s programs.
    • Why you chose to study abroad through the Education Abroad Network.

Step 4: College/University Transcripts. Request an official transcript from each college or university you have attended as soon as possible. Submit them in signed, sealed envelopes. Send transcripts to the address listed below.

Step 5: Supplemental Information

  • One Academic Reference. May be found under Part 1 of your Virtual Application Manager account.
  • Statement from University. May be found under Part 1 of your Virtual Application Manager account.
  • 1 Photocopy of your Passport.  The copy should include the Signature Page and Photo/ID Details Page.  The photocopy cannot be submitted via fax, but rather must be sent to the address listed below or sent as a scanned email attachment to Copies must be in color. Passport must be valid at least six months past the program conclusion date. Passport must also have at least one blank visa page.
  • 2 Passport Photos. The full-face photos should measure 1.5” X 2”. Print your name and birth date on the back of each photo. These will be used for identification only and will not impact your admission
