Visas

Each student will need to obtain a student visa in order to attend a university abroad. The application terms, fees, and validity periods vary by country. The Education Abroad Network's staff will provide country-specific information and visa application assistance to participants once they have been accepted into the program.

Passports

Participants will need to obtain a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after their intended dates of return to the US. Information about applying for or renewing a US passport can be found at http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html.

Please apply for your passport as soon as possible as it takes approximately 10 - 14 weeks to process a passport application. You must have your passport in order to apply for your student visa.
