Eligibility

In order to participate on the program students must be currently enrolled in a degree-granting institution, have completed one year of coursework on a college or university campus by the program start date, and achieved a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0.  However, applications will be reviewed by examining the student’s overall application materials including: Course of Study, Letters of Recommendation, and Personal Statement. If you fall below the GPA requirement, please contact The Education Abroad Network to discuss your eligibility to participate in the program.

The Education Abroad Network has a rolling admissions policy and early application is advised.  Our staff will review your application and contact you regarding your admissions status within two business days.

How to Apply

Although the enrollment process varies based on your home university's requirements and your financial needs, the following process provides a general overview. Please note, early application is advised to secure your place in our program and to increase your chances of obtaining your first-choice host institution. We have a rolling admissions process, which means applications can be submitted anytime. You should be notified of your application status within one to two business days for on-line applications and one to two weeks for mailed applications.

Step 1: Review our information and select preferred host institution(s)
We have numerous parter institutions in Asia. Check out your other options and decide on your preferred universities. You may apply to two programs with your initial application and can make changes later in the process if time permits.

Step 2: Application
Submit your application online via our Virtual Application Manager. To create an account and begin the application process, please click here. Alternatively, you can download the application.

Step3: $30 Non-refundable Application Fee
Payable by check, money order, or credit card. Payment may also be submitted online via your Virtual Application Manager account. Make checks payable to “The Education Abroad Network”.

Step 4: College/University Transcripts
Request an official transcript from each college or university you have attended as soon as possible. Submit them in signed, sealed envelopes. Send transcripts to the address listed below.
