Study Abroad Perth Housing

Students attending our Perth programs have the opportunity to live in our Premier accommodation in an ideal off-campus location or in student accommodation located on-campus.

Perth Housing (Sapphire)

These premier accommodations in modern, fully-furnished apartments or houses are located exclusively off-campus in local neighborhoods. These properties feature a high level of comfort, including such amenities as fully-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. Sapphire housing also features extras added at no additional cost, including televisions, DVD players, internet, linens, as well as a regular cleaning service. Ideally situated in the local community, most properties are within walking distance from campus, although a short commute might be applicable. Everything a student needs to move in and enjoy their new home is provided. Some Sapphire locations feature additional building amenities, but this cannot be guaranteed.

University Student Accommodation (Opal)

While not of the same standard as our Premier Housing, this option does provide students with the option to live with other international and local students.

On campus at Murdoch University

Murdoch University students typically live on-campus in the Student Village conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of the library, labs and lecture theatres.

On campus at the University of Notre Dame

Students attending the University of Notre Dame have the option of living in the on-campus dormitories in Fremantle.

On campus at the University of Western Australia

Students attending UWA are typically housed at one of the University’s excellent residential colleges within walking distance of campus.
